Take a Journey Inward
Begin a yoga practice, deepen your current practice, recover from an injury, learn to breathe, or just spoil yourself! These are all reasons to consider private instruction. You can experiment with new or challenging yoga postures or discover stillness on your mat. No matter what your experience level, I will arrange private sessions that are designed around your needs and goals.
I teach yoga to my own kids as well as to students that range from Jr. high through college. Yoga helps with anxiety/depression and increases physical flexibility and strength. I share my knowledge and love of yoga with young people so that students can build a foundation of strong self esteem and integrate the skills they learn on the mat to navigate the world.
