I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
Yoga has been a part of my life for over 20 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. 500RYT(Registered yoga teacher), 100MYT(Mindful Yoga Therapy), Certified to teach Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga & Adaptive Yoga. Studied with Sharon Salzberg, Jill Miller, Sara Powers, Ana Forest, Patty Townsend, Jillian Pransky, Sri Dharma Mittra & David Regelin.
